PROCESS

Each home extension and renovation requires an on-site visit from MCDB. There are many different procedures depending on the complexity of the project, and Martin will be on hand to advise and guide you throughout the project.

The project consists of stages and a deposit payment will be requested for materials before commencement of works, as well as at each stage completion.

SERVICES

In addition to new builds, we offer services to alter existing internal spaces. In many cases, these changes may not require planning permission or council approval. Martin is available to assess your property and provide guidance on what is possible. Often internal walls are non-load bearing and can be moved without impacting the structural integrity of your home.
