Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 27th June 2025.

Martin Campbell Design & Build is committed to making our website, communications and renovation services accessible to all clients, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to research, plan and undertake a home-improvement project without encountering barriers.

Accessibility Measures

We aim to ensure our online content meets or exceeds WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines. Text alternatives are provided for non-text elements, pages are navigable via keyboard, and colour contrast has been checked for readability. For clients who prefer verbal communication, detailed project information can be delivered by phone or video call with live captions enabled. In-person consultations can be arranged at accessible venues, and our manager will accommodate mobility, hearing or vision requirements when scheduling site visits. All contracts, drawings and invoices are available in large print or screen-reader-friendly digital formats on request.

Third-Party Services

Our website links to external suppliers, finance providers and product catalogues that maintain their own accessibility standards. While we strive to partner with organisations that share our commitment, accessibility for those third-party resources is outside our direct control.

Continual Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing priority. We regularly audit our website and client-facing documents, consult best-practice guidelines and update internal procedures to remove barriers wherever identified.

Feedback

Your feedback is invaluable. If you notice an accessibility issue on our site, during correspondence or throughout a renovation project—or if you have suggestions for improvement—please let us know so we can take prompt action.
